NOVELTY - The preparation of silicon-carbon composite material involves (1) crushing polycrystalline silicon raw material, dry grinding polycrystalline silicon powder using two-roll high pressure grinder, carrying out ultrafine pulverization with water-soluble surfactants, grinding using horizontal grinder and vertical circulating grinder and carrying out wet grinding to obtain nano silicon slurry, (2) adding graphene powder to nano silicon slurry, grinding, carrying out vacuum homogenization, mixing graphene and nano silicon evenly to obtain nano-silicon-graphene slurry, spray drying, granulating and sieving. USE - Preparation of silicon-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale preparation of silicon-carbon composite material with enhanced mechanical properties and high purity by simple, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly process without using toxic reagents.
