NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength high-conductivity graphene-aluminum-based conductive wire involves ball milling graphene and aluminum powder to obtain a mixed material, extruding the mixed material with a rotating friction extrusion to obtain graphene aluminum-based composite material, and drawing and molding to obtain the high-strength high conductivity graphene aluminum-based conductive wire. USE - Preparation method of high-strength high-conductivity, high conductivity, aluminum-based conductive wire used as overhead transmission line conductor material. ADVANTAGE - The method has small damage degree to the graphene, keeps the original structure of the graphene. The obtained graphene reinforced aluminum-based conductive wire has high strength and high conductivity characteristics.
