NOVELTY - Preparation of high wear-resistant shoe includes adding 1-10 g gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified white carbon black and 2-200 mg gamma -(2,3-glycidoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane-modified graphene oxide in order to 50-300 mL toluene, performing ultrasonication at room temperature for 20-60 minutes, heating to 70-90 degrees C, stirring magnetically for 4-12 hours, filtering, washing product with ethanol and drying under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain white carbon black-graphene hybrid; putting 100 g styrene-butadiene rubber in double-roll open mill, controlling at 40-50 degrees C, plasticizing for 2-4 minutes, adding 8-12 g softener, 3-5 g active agent, 2-6 g antioxidant, 20-40 g white carbon black-graphene hybrid, 4-6 g accelerator and 1-5 g cross-linking agent within 20-30 minutes, and thin-passing for 4-8 times to obtain rubber compound; and heating to 50-90 degrees C and carrying vulcanization molding in rain shoe mold at 150-170 degrees C and 8-12 MPa for 20-40 minutes. USE - The method is for preparation of high wear-resistant shoe. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares shoe that has excellent mechanical properties and outstanding abrasion resistance, and characteristics of light weight, non-toxicity and pollution, and safety and environmental protection. The shoe has high economic value and social benefits.
