NOVELTY - Preparation of zinc oxide nano hollow sphere/graphene composite material involves taking organic zinc salt, dissolving in deionized water, stirring at 300 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-10 minutes, adding 0.1-5 mg/mL graphene oxide solution and 0.02-0.07 mol/L organic salt solution, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 0.5-1 hour, adding0.01-0.5 mol/L alkali source, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 0.5-2 hours, performing hydrothermal reaction at 120-200 degrees C for 6-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water and ethanol and drying at 40-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of zinc oxide nano hollow sphere/graphene composite material involves taking organic zinc salt, dissolving in deionized water, stirring at 300 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-10 minutes, adding 0.1-5 mg/mL graphene oxide solution and 0.02-0.07 mol/L organic salt solution, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 0.5-1 hour, adding0.01-0.5 mol/L alkali source, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 0.5-2 hours, performing hydrothermal reaction at 120-200 degrees C for 6-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water and ethanol and drying at 40-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours.
