NOVELTY - Production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphene composite material involves weighing 90-120 pts. wt. ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, graphene oxide and silane coupling agent, stirring, adding o-dichlorobenzene solution, ultrasonically-dispersing for 30 minutes, vacuum-drying, hot-forming and cooling. USE - Production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphene composite material with improved mechanical properties and thermal stability.
