Raney nickel, 40-45 pts. wt. alpha -(diphenylphosphino)acetic acid, 8-10 pts. wt. borax, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethyl siloxane cyclic mixture, 15-20 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. p-hydroxyanisole, 3-4 pts. wt. tetramethylammonium hydroxide, 15-20 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 7-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 10-8 pts. wt. graphene and 2-3 pts. wt. diisooctyl phenyl phosphite. USE - Used as strong compression polyethylene corrugated pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe has strong crush resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, antistatic, and flaming retarding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Strong compression polyethylene corrugated pipe comprises 200 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 8-10 pts. wt. inorganic montmorillonite, 15-20 pts. wt. butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, 80-100 pts. wt. 40-60% aqueous ethanol, 15-20 pts. wt. butylamine, 20-25 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, 1-2 pts. wt. Raney nickel, 40-45 pts. wt. alpha -(diphenylphosphino)acetic acid, 8-10 pts. wt. borax, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethyl siloxane cyclic mixture, 15-20 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. p-hydroxyanisole, 3-4 pts. wt. tetramethylammonium hydroxide, 15-20 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 7-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 10-8 pts. wt. graphene and 2-3 pts. wt. diisooctyl phenyl phosphite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of strong compression polyethylene corrugated pipe comprising (i) mixing inorganic montmorillonite and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate uniformly, adding 40-60% aqueous ethanol solution, mixing at 70-80 degrees C for 4-6 hours, filtering, mixing organic montmorillonite, butylamine, acrylonitrile and Raney nickel at 80-90 degrees C for 8-10 hours, then adding alpha -(diphenylphosphino)acetic acid, reducing the temperature to 65-75 degrees C, stirring for 5-6 hours, then adding borax, raising the temperature to 80-90 degrees C, stirring the reaction for 8-10 hours to obtain branched layered silicate, (ii) adding dimethyl siloxane cyclic mixture into polymerization reactor, vacuum degree of -0.09 MPa, vacuum evacuating at 80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, dehydrating, unloading vacuum, adding isoprene rubber, p-hydroxyanisole, tetramethylammonium hydroxide and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, stirring well after warming, controlling the temperature of 105 degrees C plus minus 5 degrees C in sealed ring-opening polymerization for 5-8 hours, heating at 200 degrees C, vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa, vacuum removal of low molecular weight volatile for 3-4 hours, (iii) adding first high-density polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, graphene, branched layered silicate obtained in step (i) and diisooctyl phenyl phosphite into high mixing machine, stirring for 30-40 minutes, then adding the mixed material into extruder, extruder screw sections of the temperature of 150-220 degrees C, pelletizing the extruded material, drying and cooling to obtain masterbatch, then mixing masterbatch with product of step (2) in extruder, where aspect ratio of the extruder is 30, temperature of the extruder screw is 40-200 degrees C, mixing and extruding the mixture by high temperature heating and screw rotation thoroughly, heating the extruded material, plasticizing the material in molten under pressure with different specifications calibration sleeve die for extruding a respective tube, and then passing through the corresponding corrugated modules and flaring module cooling stereotypes, then through the length of the device and cutting device, pipe is automatically fixed length cut off, finally passing the automatic flaring machine, carrying out flaring process of pipe head to obtain final product.
