▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphite-based photodetector (200) comprises board and multilayer graphene (230) includes a multiple graphene layers formed on the substrate (210), and a metal electrode (220) is formed on the multi-layered graphene, so as to contact each of the multiple graphene layers to generate a current for light irradiated from a side opposite to the side on which the multi-layered graphene is formed of the substrate. USE - Graphite-based photodetector. ADVANTAGE - The graphite-based photodetector exhibits excellent broadband performance, guarantees detection performance for light ranging from a visible region to a near infrared region, and increases sensitivity to a THz region. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing a photo detector, which involves: (A) preparing a substrate; (B) forming a multi-layered graphene including a multiple graphene layers on the substrate; and (C) forming a metal electrode on the multilayered graphene so as to contact each of the multiple graphene layers, where photodetector for light irradiated from a side opposite to the side on which the multi layered graphene is formed of first substrate.
