▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of motor graphene guide bar involves (s1) ball-milling graphene, high-purity aluminum and polydimethylsiloxane under an inert gas atmosphere to obtain a composite powder, (s2) pressing the composite powder at room temperature with a pressure of 400-600 MPa, a pressurization rate of 1-3 KN/minute and a holding time of 4-6 minutes to obtain a sample, (s3) vacuum-sintering the sample in a high-temperature sintering furnace at 500-700°C for 0.8-1.2 hours, and cooling the sample to room temperature along with the furnace, and (s4) placing the sintered sample in a cold extrusion mold, and applying pressure to the sample through a fixed punch on the press to cause plastic deformation and obtain the graphene guide bar. USE - Preparation of graphene guide bar for use in squirrel-cage-type three-phase asynchronous motor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides motor graphene guide bar having compact texture, excellent mechanical property and conductive performance due to use of graphene, is convenient to cast large power rotor, simple, easy to control and economical, and ensures formation of high-efficiency motor.
