▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lubricating oil additive comprises 30-35 pts. wt. base oil, 10-15 pts. wt. preservative, 12-18 pts. wt. detergent and dispersant, 4-9 pts. wt. pour point depressant, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent and 6-9 pts. wt. antioxidant. The preparation method of antioxidant comprises: taking graphene, molybdenum oxide, molybdenum disulfide and coupling agent according to the weight ratio of (18-27):(13-19):(12-18):(3-5), mixing graphene, molybdenum oxide, and molybdenum disulfide and introducing into a ball mill, mixing and ball milling for 2-3 hours, and ultrasonically oscillating and dispersing into nanoparticles to obtain a nano-mixture and introducing nano-mixture and coupling agent into the mixing tank and stirring for 1-2 hours. USE - Used as lubricating oil additive. ADVANTAGE - The additive has better dispersion effect in base oil and lubricating oil, and better wear resistance, which reduces the friction coefficient of lubricating oil, has better lubricating effect and lipophilicity and can better blend and disperse with base oil and lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the additive, comprising (i) pouring the antioxidant and detergent and dispersant into the mixing tank, mechanically stirring to obtain a mixed liquid, and mechanically peeling the dispersion to obtain a dispersion liquid; and (ii) pouring base oil, dispersion liquid, preservative, pour point depressant, anti-foaming agent and antioxidant into the mixing barrel and mixing at high speed for 0.5-1 hour, uniformly mixing, and ultrasonically processing the materials in the mixing barrel.
