NOVELTY - Carbon structures comprises vine structure in which one-dimensional carbon bodies are randomly entangled and stretched and two-dimensional carbon body randomly protrudes on the surface of the vine structure. USE - The carbon structures is useful for emitters. ADVANTAGE - The carbon structures easily generates a field concentration, has a low threshold voltage, prevents electron flickering, and has stable field emission characteristics and excellent radiation characteristics.
