NOVELTY - A dual composite cement composition comprises a base paste and a catalyst paste. The base paste comprises 23-35 wt.% organic matrix, 65-75 wt.% hybrid inorganic filler, 0.5-1 wt.% camphorquinone and 0.5-1 wt.% dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate. The catalyst paste comprises 0.1-0.6 wt.% graphene oxide with silicon dioxide, 10-25 wt.% hydroxyapatite with silicon dioxide, 40-60 wt.% bioactive glass, 35-40 wt.% quartz, and 1-2 wt.% benzoyl peroxide. USE - Dual composite cement composition used in dentistry. ADVANTAGE - The cement composition has excellent mechanical properties and increased adhesion with respect to dental substrate and the orthodontic support.
