NOVELTY - The micro-LED display panel (1) has a lamp portion comprising LED lamp having LED chip light emitting surface and welding surface, and a wiring layer (140) is provided with graphene thermoelectric conversion layer. The LED chip is set on the light-emitting surface. The welding plate surface is provided with a pin bonding pad (130). A welding surface is located on the wiring layer. The wiring layer is insulated with the conversion layer that is connected with a power supply device. A thermoelectricity conversion graphene absorbs the heat emitted by the circuit and the external heat absorbed by the micro LED panel, and converts the heat into electric energy. USE - Micro-LED display panel for use in display module and LED display screen (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to indoor, outdoor display, advertisement display and stage scenery. ADVANTAGE - The LED display screen has high brightness, energy saving, environment-friendly, fast response speed, which can be used in indoor, outdoor display, advertisement display, stage scenery and so on. The design difficulty and the production cost of the PCB board is greatly improved, if the PCB layer is increased.
