NOVELTY - A graphene oxide drug carrier hollow microcapsule is prepared by taking styrene, azobisisobutyronitrile and polyvinylpyrrolidone, adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonicating, pumping nitrogen, heating, polymerizing, filtering, taking precipitate, washing with deionized water, drying, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, sulfonating, diluting with water, adding sodium hydroxide solution, neutralizing, obtaining sulfonated polystyrene microcapsules, adding ethanol solution, ultrasonicating, adding cobalt(II) oxide and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, adjusting pH value with potassium hydroxide solution, dissolving in deionized water, ultrasonicating, adding N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan, mixing with tetrahydrofuran, dissolving, obtaining hollow microcapsule, preparing graphene oxide via modified Hummers method, configuring into graphene oxide solution, adding hollow microcapsule, ultrasonicating, heating, centrifuging, washing solid with deionized water, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide drug carrier hollow microcapsule as pharmaceutical carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product is nontoxic, has good cell compatibility and facilitate the release of targeted drugs by the action of magnetic particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide drug carrier hollow microcapsule is prepared by taking styrene, azobisisobutyronitrile and polyvinylpyrrolidone, adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonicating, pumping nitrogen, heating at 50-60 degrees C, polymerizing for 5-10 hours, filtering, taking precipitate, washing with deionized water, drying at 45 degrees C for 24 hours, adding 50 degrees C of 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, sulfonating for 8 hours, diluting with water, adding sodium hydroxide solution, neutralizing, obtaining sulfonated polystyrene microcapsules, adding ethanol solution, ultrasonicating, adding cobalt(II) oxide and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, adjusting pH value with potassium hydroxide solution, dissolving in deionized water, ultrasonicating, adding 0.2 wt.% N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan, mixing with tetrahydrofuran, dissolving, obtaining hollow microcapsule, preparing graphene oxide via modified Hummers method, configuring into 3 mol/L graphene oxide solution, adding hollow microcapsule, ultrasonicating, heating at 55-75 degrees C for 2-4 hours, centrifuging, washing solid with deionized water, and drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours.
