NOVELTY - A silicon-containing graphene nano/micro-fiber bundle composite comprises 10-80 %mass, preferably 40-70 %mass silicon-based composite material and 20-90 %mass, preferably 30-60 %mass graphene fiber, and has width of 10 mu m to 10 mm and thickness of 1-50 mu m. The silicon-based composite material contains silicon powder, silicon oxide, a carbonaceous material and a metal powder. The size of the silicon-based composite material is 50-300 nm, preferably 100-200 nm. The graphene fiber is an aggregated fiber bundle with helical or spring structures. USE - Silicon-containing graphene nano/micro-fiber bundle composite used as flexible negative electrode material for lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicon-containing graphene nano/micro-fiber bundle composite has high specific capacity, high energy density, and excellent stability and rate performance, and suppressed generation of defects due to conductivity difference and volume expansion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silicon-containing graphene nano/micro-fiber bundle composite comprises 10-80 %mass, preferably 40-70 %mass silicon-based composite material and 20-90 %mass, preferably 30-60 %mass graphene fiber, and has width of 10 mu m to 10 mm and thickness of 1-50 mu m. The silicon-based composite material contains silicon powder, silicon oxide (SiOx, where x is 0.6-1.3, preferably 0.8-1.1), a carbonaceous material and a metal powder. The size of the silicon-based composite material is 50-300 nm, preferably 100-200 nm. The graphene fiber is an aggregated fiber bundle with helical or spring structures, and has length of 100 mu m, 500 mu m, 1000 mu m, 10 mm or 10 cm, and fiber diameter of 1 nm-1000 mu m, preferably 300-1000 nm. The carbonaceous material contains an amorphous carbon, a graphitized carbon and polyvinylpyrrolidone. The silicon oxide powder has particle size of 100 nm to 10 mu m, preferably 200 nm to 2 mu m. The particle size of the silicon oxide powder is 200 nm to 10 mu m, preferably 500 nm to 5 mu m. The content of the amorphous carbon is 1-20%, preferably 3-10%. The graphitized carbon is chosen from flake graphite, carbon nanotubes, Super P (RTM: electroconductive carbon black), Ketchen black (RTM: carbon black). The content of the graphitized carbon is 1-40%, preferably 10-30%. The metal powder is chosen from aluminum, titanium, manganese, vanadium, zirconium, magnesium and zinc, preferably aluminum. The content of the metal powder is 0.1-5%, preferably 0.5-2%. The ratio of silicon powder with respect to silicon oxide is 1:1-1.5.
