▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The material comprises a transition metal (M1M2)-phosphorus oxide-nano particle mixture uniformly formed in a graphene surface. Transition metal of the transition metal (M1M2)-phosphorus oxide-nano particle mixture is selected with nickel, copper, manganese or iron. Phosphorus oxide of the mixture is selected with lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese phosphate or lithium cobalt phosphate. Average diameter of the transition metal (M1M2)-phosphorus oxide-nano particle mixture is 5-500 nm. USE - Transition metal phosphate/graphene nano-composite material for a lithium secondary battery and an electric vehicle battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material can be easily manufactured by reducing homogeneous nucleation so as to reduce manufacturing time. The material reduces energy consumption. The material has better quality, better conductivity and better electrode capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a transition metal phosphorus oxide/graphene nano complex material.
