▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gamma -valerolactone by catalytic hydrogenation of levulinic acid comprises performing hydrogenation reaction of levulinic acid and catalyst component in presence of silver-zirconium dioxide-graphene oxide catalyst, water or tetrahydrofuran as solvent, where reaction temperature of is 180-220 degrees C, and the hydrogen pressure is 3-5 MPa, and catalyst component is a nano material composed of silver, zirconium dioxide and graphene oxide; molar ratio of silver and zirconium is 1:9-4:6; amount of graphene oxide accounts for 5-30% the total amount of silver and zirconium dioxide, and catalyst is prepared by co-precipitation method. USE - The method is useful for preparing gamma -valerolactone by catalytic hydrogenation of levulinic acid. ADVANTAGE - The gamma -valerolactone: has large specific surface area, small grain size, stronger bonding, higher catalytic activity and selectivity.
