NOVELTY - Friction-reducing wear-resistant multi-functional epoxy self-lubricating composite material, comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyfunctional epoxy compound, 20-30 pts. wt. anhydride curing agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. imidazole-based curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. wear-resistant and reinforcing agent, 30-40 pts. wt. antifriction agent and 40-60 pts. wt. diluents. USE - Composite material used for aviation, automobile, machinery and other applications. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has outstanding friction and wear properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the friction-reducing wear-resistant multi-functional epoxy self-lubricating composite material, involving (a) weighing each component filler, drying, placing in 100 mesh screen, and sieving the powder, (b) heating polyfunctional epoxy compound at 80-90° C, and uniformly stirring until transparent, (c) adding mixed filler to three times, and adding diluent for adjusting the viscosity, (d) after uniformly stirring for 3 hours, adding anhydride curing agent and imidazole curing agent, (e) after uniformly stirring for 15 minutes, performing vacuum defoaming process, (f) covering inner cavity of mold with polyimide film, heating at 80-90° C, and pouring the glue solution to mold, (g) loading 10 MPa pressure and static pressure for 15 minutes in vacuum hot-press furnace, and unloading same, and (h) heating composite material to 90° C, loading composite material for 2 hours, and maintaining the pressure for 2 hours, increasing the temperature to 120° C, pressurizing for 3 minutes, and maintaining the pressure for 2 hours, increasing the temperature to 160° C, pressurizing at 5° C for 4 hours, cooling to room temperature and taking out.
