NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating includes component A and component B'; where component A includes 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide dispersion, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 8-15 pts. wt. fumed silica and 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water; B' component includes 20-30 pts. wt. non-ionic self-emulsifying curing agent, 3-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-8 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 3-8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. cosolvent and 1-3 pts. wt. pH adjuster. USE - Aqueous graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating is environment friendly; has excellent adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance, and at same time has good salt spray resistance, and improves anticorrosive effect of entire coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive paint, which involves: (A) mixing, stirring, and grinding aqueous resin, modified graphene oxide dispersion, filler, zinc phosphate, and deionized water to obtain component A; (B) mixing, and stirring non-ionic self-emulsifying curing agent, dispersant, wetting agent, leveling agent, cosolvent, and pH adjuster, and finally adding defoamer, and mixing to obtain component B'; and (C) mixing A component, and B' component uniformly to obtain aqueous graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating.
