▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene film preparation method involves reacting a molybdenum catalyst in an anoxic reactor at 500-1600 degrees C by passing carbon-containing gas to the reactor at pressure of 0.1-760 torr for 0.1-9999 minutes. The resulting product is cooled to room temperature in a furnace, to obtain a molybdenum metal substrate containing graphene film. The molybdenum catalyst is removed to obtain graphene film. USE - Method for preparing graphene film on molybdenum-based substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparing graphene film in a simple manner.
