▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of modified antibacterial thermoplastic polyurethane involves dissolving thermoplastic polyurethane particles in N,N-dimethylformamide at 80 degrees C, adding a light stabilizer, stirring at 500-800 rpm for 30-40 minutes to prepare a mixed solution, dispersing antibacterial filler in ethanol, adding the mixed solution, ultrasonically treating at 8-10 MHz for 1-1.5 hours, adding deionized water, treating for 5-10 minutes, filtering, drying to produce composite masterbatch, pre-pressing for 5 minutes at 5 MPa, and performing hot press molding at 190 degrees C and 10 MPa. The antibacterial thermoplastic polyurethane comprises 50-80 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particles, 5-8 pts. wt. antibacterial fillers, and 3-5 pts. wt. light stabilizer. USE - Preparation of modified antibacterial thermoplastic polyurethane for thermoplastic polyurethane product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified antibacterial thermoplastic polyurethane provides polyurethane product having improved toughness. Titanium dioxide on the surface stimulates active oxidizing substances, which can kill bacteria. The antibacterial filler can prevent bacterial metabolism, and interact with the head group of acidic phospholipids in the bacterial membrane, resulting in a decrease in the permeability of the cell membrane and potassium ions in the cell. The antibacterial ingredients are not precipitated.
