▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is dissolved in deionized water and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain homogeneous oxidized graphene solution with concentration of 1-5 mg/mL. The graphene solution is injected to a flat glass container and dried, to obtain graphene oxide paper. The graphene oxide paper is placed in glass substrate container, and excess hydroiodic acid is added and reduced. After reduction, the reactants are obtained, washed with deionized water and dried, to obtain large-area graphene paper. USE - Preparation of large-area graphene paper used for super capacitor, electrode and optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of large-area graphene paper by simple, efficient, stable, economical and rapid method.
