NOVELTY - A high-flux nano-composite film comprises base film, ultra-thin hydrophilic mixed matrix modified layer formed by co-depositing a two-dimensional nanomaterial and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and a polyamide separation skin layer on the modified layer. USE - Used as high-flux nano composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyvinyl alcohol-doped two-dimensional nano composite film with excellent adhesiveness, stability, retention rate and flux. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the nano composite film comprising (A) adding the two-dimensional nano-material into the aqueous solution of PVA, ultrasonically treating, obtaining mixed solution of PVA/PVA modified two-dimensional nano material; (B) contacting the base film surface and PVA/PVA modified two-dimensional nano-material mixed solution for a period of time, then removing the excessive mixed solution on the surface, and drying; (C) removing excess crosslinking agent solution, drying the film; (D) forming a polyamide skin layer on the base film of the ultra-thin hydrophilic mixed matrix modified layer; after interfacial polymerization, immediately performing heat treatment for a certain time of the film at a certain temperature.
