NOVELTY - Graphene heavy anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 50-70 pts. wt. epoxy resin emulsion, 30-45 pts. wt. standard carrier solvent, 15-20 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. iron titanium powder, 5-8 pts. wt. modified surface agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-3 pts. wt. barium sulfate. USE - Used as graphene heavy anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: prolongs the path of the corrosion medium conducted to the base material to delay the corrosion process; and utilizes the labyrinth effect generated by the sheet structure of the graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparing the graphene heavy anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating, comprising (i) taking the standard carrier solvent, dispersant, iron-titanium powder, silicon dioxide and barium sulfate into a container according to the above mentioned composition, stirring and mixing to obtain the first mixed solution, (ii) placing the first mixed solution into the oscillating oil mixer, oscillating and mixing for 3-6 hours, shaking and mixing, filtering to obtain the second mixed solution, (iii) placing epoxy resin emulsion, graphene, deionized water and surface modifier into the container, stirring and mixing, placing into a high-speed disperser for dispersion and stirring, and filtering to obtain the solidified liquid, and (iv) mixing the second mixed liquid with the solidified liquid, adding water to dilute,uniformly stirring, placing into a grinding machine for grinding.
