▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves milling reduced germanium oxide with a liquid rubber to form a milled material. Uncured rubber elastomer is mixed for adding the material to an uncured material. An anti-degradant package is added and mixed. A curing package is added until the rubber mixture is milled. The liquid rubber is provided with molecular weight of 1500-54000 g/mol-1. The uncured rubber elastomer is provided with styrene butadiene. A curing package is provided with sulfur and an accelerator. USE - Method for manufacturing a reduced graphene oxide reinforced rubber composition in tire design. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving dispersion by limiting re-stacking, and generating covalent bonding of RGO with the matrix, and ensuring better interfacial adhesion, and increasing tap density to levels that enable an easy handling of the powder, and realizing potential solvent-free of scalable process for decreasing size of RGO platelets and grafting molecules on a surface at a time.
