USE - Phthalocyanine sulfonic acid nickel oxide graphene composite thin film material. ADVANTAGE - The film material exhibits good optical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Phthalocyanine sulfonic acid nickel oxide graphene composite thin film material comprises phthalocyanine compound and aqueous solution of graphene oxide and static automatic assembling film. The phthalocyanine compound is of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the phthalocyanine sulfonic acid nickel oxide graphene composite thin film material, which comprises preprocessing of quartz substrate using 10 mass% PDDA solution for 8-10 minutes, taking out after distillation for water washing; using dry nitrogen gas, performing PDDA-PSS leaching process, and using negative electric charge substrate; and preparing phthalocyanine compound and water solution for 8-10 minutes, and taking out after distillation for water washing.
