NOVELTY - A transparent insulating glass coating comprises 30-45 pts. wt. graphene modified polymethacrylate, 20-30 pts. wt. silicone modified epoxy resin, 10-18 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 8-15 pts. wt. urea formaldehyde resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 12-20 pts. wt. acrylic acid ester, 6-13 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3-7 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 5-9 pts. wt. ethylene terephthalate, 12-17 pts. wt. pasty attapulgite clay, 7-15 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-12 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 3-8 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-6 pts. wt. defoamer and solvent. USE - Transparent insulating glass coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glass coating has high strength, transparency, good coating effect, and thermal insulation and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of transparent insulating glass coating, which involves (A) adding phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, acrylate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, potassium persulfate, ethylene terephthalate and solvent to the reactor, reacting to generate prepolymer, adding graphene modified polymethacrylate, silicone modified epoxy resin and polyvinyl alcohol to the mixture, raising the temperature to 70-90 degrees C, reacting the mixture for 1-3 hours, (B) adding and mixing the pasty attapulgite clay, nano titanium dioxide, nano silicon dioxide, ultrasonically processing the mixture for 20-30 minutes, adding product obtained in (B) to the shearing machine and shearing for 10-30 minutes, adding curing agent and mixing uniformly.
