NOVELTY - Preprocessing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer comprises mixing graphene oxide quantum dots with the primer and incubating at 15-35 degrees C for 30 plus minus 5 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preprocessing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses graphene oxide quantum dots to optimize the comprehensive optimization effect of better real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction; can improve the yield and specificity of real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction amplification products; utilizes less amount of graphene oxide quantum dots; and the preparation steps of graphene oxide quantum dots are simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) optimizing fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction, comprising preprocessing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer, using graphene oxide quantum dot to process the primer, preparing into fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction system and performing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction; (2) application of graphene oxide quantum dots in improving the specificity of real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer; and (3) fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction comprises a component, preferably graphene oxide quantum dots that improves the specificity of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction.
