▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing interpenetrating graphene-copper composite material involves using atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition method, using gaseous or liquid carbon source to grow graphene in situ on copper or copper alloy powder. The copper or copper alloy powder is mixed with graphene in situ and carbon nanotube powder ball mill. The mixed powder after ball milling is cold extruded and compacted at room temperature to make extruded blank. The pressure deformation processing is performed on the extruded blanks in sequence. The rapid recrystallization and continuous annealing of the material are performed after pressure deformation processing to produce network interpenetrating graphene-copper composite material. USE - Method for preparing interpenetrating graphene-copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare interpenetrating graphene-copper composite material that solves problem of the crack source of graphene and agglomeration and dispersion and agglomeration of graphene, and realizes the simultaneous enhancement of the mechanics and electricity of the material.
