NOVELTY - Preparing polyamide-imide composite material comprises mixing graphene and carbon nanotube, dispersing by dispersant to obtain nano-carbon material complex ligand, then grafting carbon nanotube and graphene in nano-carbon material complex ligand to obtain network structure, dispersing nano-carbon material complex ligand in solvent, then adding trimellitic anhydride and diisocyanate, and reacting to obtain polyamic acid solution, and then subjecting the obtained polyamic acid solution to imidization reaction to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyamide-imide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent electrical conductivity, tensile strength, impact resistance, bending strength, and other mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyamide-imide composite material comprising polyamide-imide matrix and nano-carbon material complex ligand fixed in polyamide-imide matrix, where nano-carbon material complex ligand includes graphene and carbon nanotube, and are grafted to obtain network structure.
