▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fast construction of aerobic granular sludge culture system comprises (i) preparing three-dimensional graphene load vulcanizing nano zero-valent iron conductive material, taking three-dimensional graphene as carrier, loading sulfur iron material or iron material into the three-dimensional graphene surface and pore, and preparing to obtain three-dimensional graphene load vulcanizing nano zero-valent iron conductive material; and (ii) constructing aerobic granular sludge culture system by adding three-dimensional graphene load vulcanizing nano zero-valent iron conductive material into the sequencing batch reactor containing sludge, controlling the aeration intensity, surface gas speed, hydraulic load and hydraulic retention time, and culturing to form a culture system containing aerobic granular sludge. USE - The method is useful for fast construction of aerobic granular sludge culture system, sewage treatment application, wastewater treatment, water supply system, sewage treatment system and sewage treatment plant. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes strong adsorption capacity, good conductivity, generates original battery reaction, accelerates microorganism growth and improves denitrification efficiency, and quickly cultures the mature and stable aerobic granular sludge with enhanced denitrification and dephosphorization capability.
