NOVELTY - Aqueous-based graphene modified alkyd cloud iron antirust coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous -based graphene alkyd resin, 15-30 pts. wt. mica iron oxide, 1.0-2.0 pts. wt. aqueous-based wetting and dispersing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water, 1.0-2.0 pts. wt. drying agent and 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The preparation of aqueous-based graphene modified alkyd cloud iron antirust coating comprising (a) adding aqueous -based graphene alkyd resin in a container, stirring at a stirring speed of 300-400revolutions/minutes for 5-10 minutes, adjusting the pH to 8-9, (b) adding mica iron oxide, aqueous-based wetting and dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, drying agent and part of deionized water, stirring at a speed of 1000-1500rvolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes and (c) adding the remaining deionized water and evenly stirring at a stirring speed of 300-400revolutions/minute. USE - The aqueous-based graphene modified alkyd cloud iron antirust coating is useful in the field of corrosion protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good anti-rust performance, good drying property, water resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, good electrical conductivity and has excellent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous-based graphene modified alkyd cloud iron antirust coating by the above method.
