NOVELTY - Paint comprises sodium polycarboxylate, epoxy octyl stearate, n-salicylanilide, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran, graphene, nanosilica, silane coupling agent KH560, dimethylformamide, sodium azide, aluminum chloride, sodium ascorbate solution, copper sulfate solution, high-density polyethylene, oxidized polyethylene wax, coconut acid diethanolamide and bone charcoal. USE - Paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint is thermally conductive and environment-friendly with no poison and pollution and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Paint comprises 1-2 pts. wt. sodium polycarboxylate, 2-4 pts. wt. epoxy octyl stearate, 0.7-1 pt. wt. n-salicylanilide, 12-15 pts. wt. styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, 6-10 pts. wt. propargyl alcohol, 90-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene, 16-20 pts. wt. nanosilica, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, 700-800 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium azide, 0.04-0.05 pt. wt. aluminum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.6-2% sodium ascorbate solution, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.8-2% copper sulfate solution, 120-130 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 3-4 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 0.7-2 pts. wt. coconut acid diethanolamide and 4-6 pts. wt. bone charcoal. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of paint comprising mixing styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol and tetrahydrofuran, incubating with stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 10-16 hours, vacuum distilling to remove liquid and vacuum drying to get alkynyl copolymer; adding coconut acid diethanolamide to 30-40 times water, stirring, adding oxidized polyethylene wax, heating at 70-80 degrees C, adding bone charcoal and graphene, stirring for 1-2 hours with 100-200 revolutions/minute (rpm) speed, cooling, dehydrating and vacuum drying to get modified graphene; mixing above steps product and milling for 30-40 minutes to get powder; adding powder to 20-30 times toluene, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-3 hours, adding silane coupling agent KH560, heating at 86-90 degrees C, stirring for 10-12 hours, cooling, filtering and vacuum drying to get silanized nanoparticles; adding to 46-50 wt.% dimethylformamide, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-3 hours, adding sodium azide and aluminum trichloride, stirring at 30-35 degrees C for 24-25 hours, filtering, washing with water and vacuum drying to get azide nanoparticles; adding n-salicylanilide to 7-10 times absolute ethanol, stirring, adding epoxy octyl stearate and 10-12 wt.% high-density polyethylene, insulating while stirring for 20-30 minutes at 60-70 degrees C, distilling to remove ethanol and vacuum drying to get modified polyethylene; mixing azide nanoparticles and alkynyl copolymer, adding to remaining dimethyl formamide, bubbling with nitrogen for 30-40 minutes, adding 2-3% each of sodium ascorbate and copper sulfate solutions, reacting at 76-80 degrees C for 20-24 hours, filtering, washing filter cake successively with distilled water, dimethylformamide and acetone for 2-3 times each and vacuum drying to get graft nanoparticles; and adding sodium polycarboxylate to 10-20 times water, stirring, adding graft nanoparticles and modified polyethylene, heating at 80-90 degrees C until dry, mixing with remaining raw materials, stirring, melt extruding in twin-screw extruder, cooling, crushing and sieving.
