NOVELTY - A radar absorbing device comprises an electromagnetic wave radiation element, a housing of accommodating the electromagnetic wave radiation element, and a radar absorbing layer mounted on the housing. The radar absorbing layer is formed by a polymer composite material to absorb the electromagnetic wave radiated by the electromagnetic wave radiation element. The polymer composite material includes a graphene nano flake and a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer grafted by maleic anhydride. The radar absorbing layer in the radar absorbing device of this invention can be formed by simply coating the polymer composite material, capable of effectively absorbing electromagnetic waves to allow the radar absorbing device to have a protective effect of radar absorption.
