▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite phase change heat storage material for thermal management of lithium battery packs comprises (i) taking 78-92 wt.% main salt, 1-2 wt.% thickener, 0.5-2 wt.% nucleating agent and 5-20 wt.% enhanced heat conduction agent at a constant temperature of 60-80°C for 30-40 minutes, and mixing uniformly to obtain an inorganic phase change material; where the main salt is sodium sulfate decahydrate or disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate; (ii) adding paraffin and fumed silica to the inorganic phase change material, stirring the mixture at a constant temperature at 60-80°C for 30-40 minutes, and mixing uniformly to obtain a molten composite phase change material; and (iii) pouring the molten composite phase change material into a mold, vacuum degassing and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite phase change heat storage material for thermal management of lithium battery packs in thermal management of lithium battery packs of cylindrical batteries, soft packs or aluminum shell square batteries (claimed). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a composite phase change material heat accumulation flow chart. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
