NOVELTY - Method for preparing phosphorous-containing graphene-silicon dioxide modified polyurethane elastomer, involves (a) adding graphene oxide to anhydrous tetrahydrofuran for ultrasonic dispersion, adding thionyl chloride in an oil bath, centrifuging and washing to obtain acyl chloride graphene, adding to chlorobenzene solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, heating, washing and vacuum drying to obtain phosphorous-containing graphene oxide, (b) adding phosphorus-containing graphene oxide to ethanol and distilled water solvent, dispersing, adding aqueous ammonia agglomeration solution, adding tetraethyl silicate and drying to obtain nano-silicon dioxide supported phosphorus-containing graphene oxide, and (c) dehydrating the polyester diol in vacuum, adding diphenylmethylene diisocyanate and nano-silicon dioxide to support phosphorus-containing graphene oxide, heating, adding chain extender 1,4-butanediol, stirring and vulcanizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing phosphorous-containing graphene-silicon dioxide modified polyurethane elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane elastomer has strong barrier to heat and oxygen, excellent flame retardant effect, mechanical properties, dispersibility, strong interface interaction, and mechanical strength. The method promotes carbonization and char formation during combustion process, forms dense and continuous carbon layer, inhibits combustion process, deepens degree of crosslinking between polyurethane molecules and nanoparticles, and improves rigidity of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing phosphorous-containing graphene-silicon dioxide modified polyurethane elastomer, involves (a) adding graphene oxide to anhydrous tetrahydrofuran for ultrasonic dispersion, adding thionyl chloride in an oil bath, reacting at 55-75 degrees C for 10-15 hours, centrifuging and washing to obtain acyl chloride graphene, adding to chlorobenzene solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, heating at 80-100 degrees C, reacting for 10-15 hours, centrifugally washing and vacuum drying to obtain phosphorous-containing graphene oxide, (b) adding phosphorus-containing graphene oxide to ethanol and distilled water solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding aqueous ammonia agglomeration solution to pH 9-10, adding tetraethyl silicate, ultrasonically reacting at room temperature for 20-30 hours, washing and drying to obtain nano-silicon dioxide supported phosphorus-containing graphene oxide, and (c) dehydrating the polyester diol in vacuum at 100-110 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding diphenylmethylene diisocyanate and nano-silicon dioxide to support phosphorus-containing graphene oxide after cooling, heating for pre-polymerizing at 80-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding chain extender 1,4-butanediol, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours and vulcanizing in a plate vulcanizer at 100-120 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain the product.
