NOVELTY - Microorganism electrochemical reaction device (1) comprises cylindrical base body having an inner surface towards the inner part of the cylinder body and an outer surface towards the outer part of the cylinder body. The base body along the axial direction of the cylinder body having a straight cylinder section and a flaring section butted with each other. A conductive layer is set on the inner surface and the outer surface of the base body. An electrogenesis microorganism module (2) is set on the outer surface of the straight section of the base body and an oxygen generating moss algae module (3) is set on the inner surface of the flaring section of the base body. USE - The device is useful for in-situ repairing organic polluted substrate sludge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for organic polluted bottom mud in-situ repairing method.
