NOVELTY - Graphene-diorthotolylguanidine (DOTG) dispersion parent composite particle comprises 45-55 wt.% graphite, 20-35 wt.% diorthotolylguanidine, 2-7 wt.% (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane, 6-13 wt.%acrylic ester rubber, 2-5 wt.% cis-polyisoprene, 1-2 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, 1-2 wt.% polyolester, 1-3 wt.% zinc oxide, and 7-11 wt.% naphthenic oil. USE - Graphene-DOTG dispersion parent composite particle. ADVANTAGE - The composite particles has synergistically enhanced action, good for producing vulcanized rubber, promotes and improves vulcanized rubber, improve strength, hardness, elongation, toughness of rubber, increases abrasion and aging resistance, and retains original properties of graphene and DOTG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing graphene composite dispersion parent particle comprising weighing raw material; mixing EVA resin, adding acrylic rubber into internal mixer, mixing for 4-2 minutes, adding EVA resin into mixer, mixing for 5-3 minutes, adding EVA resin and cis-polyisoprene into mixer, mixing at 80-85 degrees C, obtaining base rubber material, adding base rubber material into mill, and obtaining matrix rubber; taking matrix rubber and graphene, dividing into three parts, heating at 80-85 degrees C, adding rubber matrix and graphene into mixer at 100 revolutions/minutes, stirring for 1-3 minutes, adding graphene and (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane, stirring at 100 revolutions/minute for 1-3 minutes, adding base rubber, graphene and saturated zinc oxide, stirring at 120 revolutions/minute for 2-3 minutes, adding rubber matrix, diorthotolylguanidine, polyol ester and naphthenic oil, stirring at 100 revolutions/minute for 2-6 minutes, mixing uniformly raw materials, discharging at 80-85 degrees C, and obtaining rubber material; and extruding rubber material, granulating at 100 mesh filter screen, and obtaining graphene-DOTG composite dispersion parent composite particle.
