NOVELTY - High-performance rubber compound comprises 25-35 pts. wt. benzonitrile-based benzothiazolyl fluorine-containing selenium elastomer, 90-100 pts. wt. epoxy natural rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. oxygen-terminated side chain vinyl methyl phenyl silicone oil, 4-7 pts. wt. melamine, 3-5 pts. wt. mercaptan-terminated polysulfide rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. waste feather fibers, 25-35 pts. wt. inorganic fillers, 1-2 pts. wt. cyclohexanone peroxide and 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - High-performance rubber compound. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance rubber compound has excellent wear resistance, grip, aging resistance and temperature resistance, good flame retardancy and mechanical properties, and good performance stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-performance rubber compound, which involves: (A) placing epoxy natural rubber, epoxy-terminated side chain vinyl methyl benzene and base silicone oil into internal mixer for banburying for 7-10 minutes; (B) adding other raw materials to continue mixing for 5-8 minutes; and (C) discharging the formed material to opener to produce high-performance rubber compound.
