▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises mechanically polishing the metal substrate, removing the surface impurity and metal oxide, using acetone, absolute ethanol and deionized repeatedly for 2-3 times, and then washing, drying, and finishing the impurity removing process. A metal substrate is placed after removing impurity treatment in the quartz crucible, and then weighed solid carbon powder by balance by using sieve uniformly paving on the substrate to obtain the graphene/metal substrate sample. The crucible is placed in the heating area of the vacuum annealing furnace of the magnetic field processing device. The crucible is placed into the heating zone of the anneal furnace of a magnetic field treatment device, and then placed the carbon atoms in the carbide on the liquid surface of the liquid substrate to form a graphene layer. USE - Method for stably preparing graphene under composite strong magnetic field by using solid carbon source in photoelectric field, energy storage field and electronic device field. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with good controllability, high safety, large size, and improved stability.
