▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-speed lift traction wheel wear-resistant coating comprises ball milling tungsten oxide powder and graphene powder in ball mill for 8-12 hours using absolute ethyl alcohol and silicon carbide grinding ball as medium, ball milling for 8-12 hours, drying, and sintering under vacuum condition to obtain tungsten carbide powder; preparing tungsten-molybdenum-based amorphous alloy powder with particle size of 10-20 mu m using gas atomization method; mixing tungsten carbide powder and tungsten-molybdenum-based amorphous alloy powder, adding polyvinyl alcohol binder, stirring uniformly at 100 degrees C to obtain mixed slurry, spraying mixed slurry in vacuum atomizing furnace, using nitrogen cooling protection, drying and sieving to obtain tungsten carbide/tungsten-molybdenum-based amorphous alloy mixed powder; and removing surface rust, removing oxide skin and oil cleaning on the surface of high-speed lift traction sheave grooves, and laser cladding. USE - The method is useful for preparing high speed lift traction wheel wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent wear resistance, good microstructure structure for showing the coating performance, and can effectively prolong the service life of the traction wheel of the high speed lift.
