USE - Friction reducing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The friction reducing graphene improves the compatibility of the graphene in the polyester by the reaction of ammonia and the acid, which improves the mechanical stability of the finished product, and is effectively improved by the polyester modification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a friction-reducing graphene, which involves: (A) taking ethoxylated ammonium alkyl sulfate, adding to 50-60 times its weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding molybdenum diboride, ultrasonicating for 4-10 minutes to obtain an aqueous dispersion; (B) taking ammonium persulfate, adding it to deionized water having a weight of 10-15 times, stirring uniformly to obtain an initiator solution; (C) taking saturated octadecyl amide, adding it to deionized water with a weight of 20-30 times, stirring uniformly, adding sucrose isobutyrate acetate, and ultrasonicating for 4-7 minutes to obtain an aqueous amide solution; (D) taking graphene, mixing with silane coupling agent kh550, adding 10-17 times the weight of the mixture of absolute ethanol, stirring, raising the temperature to 55-60 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, distilling off ethanol, adding to the above aqueous amide solution, stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain an amino-modified graphene solution; (E) mixing methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid, adding to the above aqueous dispersion, stirring uniformly, feeding into the reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reaction vessel to 65-70 degrees C, adding the above initiator to solution, stirring for 3-4 hours with heat and discharged to obtain a polyester solution; and (F) taking the above amino-modified graphene solution and polyester solution, increasing the temperature to 70-75 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, performing suction filtration, washing the filter cake, and drying at 50-60 degrees C under vacuum to obtain friction-reducing graphene.
