▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat-resistant hydrolysis-resistant engineering plastic dispersion, is prepared by the emulsification-solvent evaporation method, where the particle size of engineering plastic particles in engineering plastic dispersion is 0.1-2 mu m with hollow spherical or quasi-spherical structure. USE - The heat-resistant hydrolysis-resistant engineering plastic dispersion is useful in preparing low-volatile organic compound solvent-free heat-resistant aqueous paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant hydrolysis-resistant engineering plastic dispersion: has expandability, can be in micron, and functional fillers, which are uniformly introduced into sub-micron engineering plastic particles with more uniform, smaller particle size of engineering plastics (0.1-2 mu m); is easy to melt in use; high substrate bonding strength; when preparing aqueous-based coatings, thus the water-based paint achieves the effect of low volatile organic compound (VOC) and no organic solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing engineering plastic dispersion liquid, comprising dissolving engineering plastic particles and surfactant in the solvent, the solvent control system viscosity is 50-1000 Pa.s; (ii) under the stirring at 300-800 revolutions/minute, adding water to the material obtained in step (i) to obtain oil-in-water emulsion; and (iii) evaporating the oil-in-water emulsion by solvent and concentrating to obtain the aqueous engineering plastic dispersion liquid.
