NOVELTY - Film forming method of liquid carbon dioxide sedimentation and integration of graphene fragments, involves using powdered graphene, liquid carbon dioxide, thermal insulation barrel, stirrer, evaporation disc, supporting film and vibrator, carrying out vortex stirring of the stirrer in a sealed thermal insulation barrel, strictly measuring powdered graphene, formulating into a uniform density suspension, pouring set index to evaporation disc with supporting film, oscillating by the vibrator, leaving still, settling graphene, and evaporating liquid carbon dioxide to form and obtain graphene membrane at the bottom of the disc. USE - Film forming method of liquid carbon dioxide sedimentation and integration of graphene fragments. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple use facilities, balanced film formation, is economical, safe and environmentally-friendly, expands and extends the continuity of graphene fragments, and improves the intrinsic physical properties of graphene.
