▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Material of porous layered composite oil control bearing retainer comprises wear-resistant layer, lipophilic layer, oil storage layer, oleophobic layer and oil sealing layer. The thickness of wear resistant layer is 10-20 wt.% of the total thickness of the retainer material. The wear resistance layer is provided with 0.5-3 wt.% oleophilic component, and the other components are polyimide with a particle size of 20-30 μm, the thickness of single-layer oil storage is 25-40 wt.%, the oil storage component is 50-80 μm polyimide, the layer thickness of a single layer oleophylic layer is 3-8 wt.%, the oil sealing component is a polyimide with particle size less than 10 μm. USE - Material of porous layered composite oil control bearing retainer. ADVANTAGE - The porous layered composite oil control bearing retainer material has high porosity, good wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and long service life.
