▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Dispersing graphite and graphene in aqueous solution or alkaline dispersion of cellulose involves using 0.001-50 wt.% concentration and forming dispersed graphene or graphite particles with ananometric thickness. The graphite or graphene powder is used and dispensed with oxidizing reagents or chemical modification of graphite or graphene. USE - Method for dispersing graphite and graphene in aqueous solution or alkaline dispersion of cellulose. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to disperse graphite and graphene in aqueous solution or alkaline dispersion of cellulose that is biodegradable, renewable, recyclable, non-toxic and compatible, has high adhesion, reduces dimensions of contacts and heating region, and inhibits increase in local resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for dispersing coal in solution or aqueous alkaline dispersion of cellulose, which involves 0.001-50 wt.% concentration, forming dispersed particles with nanometric thickness, using powdered or granulated coal and eliminating use of oxidizing agents or chemical modification of coal; (2) a method for dispersing other carbonaceous materials such as carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and colloidal carbon in aqueous alkaline solution or dispersion of cellulose, which involves 0.001-50 wt.% concentration, forming dispersions with nanometric thickness, and dispensing use of surfactants or other dispersants; (3) a method for performing mutual miscibilization process of graphite or other carbonaceous materials, which involves using cellulose as dispersant, mixing dry powders immersed in water in methanol, ethanol, i-propanol, n-propanol, acetone, ethylene glycol, glycerol, mono-methyl ethylene glycol mechanically, producing powder that disperses in water or homogeneous sediment, dispensing with need for vigorous mechanical action, and eliminating use of vigorous mechanical action; (4) an electrically conductive inks and adhesives based on pastes or dispersions of graphene, graphite and other carbonaceous materials, such as carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and colloidal carbon, which is used as cellulose dispersant; (5) a method for painting, which involves printing and writing based on use of inks; (6) a method for forming graphene nanocomposites and other carbonaceous materials, which involves introducing cellulose previously or during process of mixing components of nanocomposite; (7) a method for forming solid films, coatings and polyfunctional electrically conductive and antistatic adhesives and novisible, ultraviolet and infrared radiation absorbers, which involves using dispersions and products; (8) an electricity-conducting non-metallic components, which is flexible, formed by films, yarns or fabrics coated, on one or two sides with graphite and other conductive carbonaceous materials such as colloidal carbon, nanographite, nanofibers and carbon nanotubes, mono and multi-layer graphene, in which carbonaceous material is applied from dispersions; (9) a flexible electrical conductive components, in which electrical resistance varies between 1 ohm/square-10 megaohms/square, which is adjusted through control of manufacturing process variables and dageometry; (10) a dry, flexible lubricating films formed by paper, sheets, sheets or fabrics coated with graphite in one or two faces, which comprises graphite applied from dispersions; (11) a method for manufacturing electrically conductive components and or lubricants, which involves dispersing carbonaceous material on sheets of paper, compressing dry or wet sheets or films in calendar or other machine used to polish, smooth or wrinkle paper or fabric, where compression is applied uniformly over entire surface or in predetermined areas according to predefined standard; (12) a flexible electrical heating elements, which is manufactured with electric conductors; (13) an electric heater produced with flexible resistances, which is powered by alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) electrical voltages in range of 1-220 volts; (14) a vaporizers for release of fragrances, insecticides and disinfectants into environment, in which heating and storage elements of vapor-activated agent is assembled in monoliths produced; (15) an electrical circuits, which is built with components and is optionally flexible or rigid, encapsulated or not; (16) a didactic kits, toys, collectibles, decoration objects, among others, which comprises electrical circuits representing partial or integral portion of composition; and (17) a method for forming electrodes for sensors, batteries, photovoltaic cells or industrial processes, which involves using nanocomposites, paints, solid films, coatings and conductive adhesives.
