NOVELTY - Mixed solution comprises 0.1-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.01-9 pts. wt. carboxy carbon nanotube, 0.0001-0.1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.0005-0.5 pts. wt. alkaline reducing agent and 2000 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The mixed solution is useful for preparing elastic hydrophobic carbon nanotube-graphene composite aerogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel: has improved mechanical properties and increased specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of mixed solution for preparing elastic hydrophobic carbon nanotubes-graphene composite aerogel comprising (i) preparing homogeneous aqueous solution of graphene oxide, carboxy carbon nanotube, reducing agent and polymer, (ii) preparing carbon nanotubes-graphene hydrogel by one-step hydrothermal reduction, and (iii) dialyzing, soaking and drying to obtain final product.
