▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Waterproofing structure comprises (a) identifying cracks in the structure; (b) perforating at least one injection holes in the identified crack site; (c) installing a packer in the perforated inlet; (d) sealing the lower part of cracked part or the masonry wall by first injecting a urethane foam injection material into the packer installed in the injection hole; (e) completely filling the cracked area by secondly injecting two-component type acrylic injection material into packer into which the urethane foam injection material was first injected; and (f) removing the installed packer. The urethane foam injection material comprises a main part containing 100 pts. wt. polyol, 0.1-5 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.1-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 10-20 pts. wt. partially carbonized cotton fiber, 1-5 pts. wt. roasted beans, and 10-15 pts. wt. water, and a curing agent part containing aromatic diisocyanate, where the main part and the curing agent part are mixed in weight ratio of 1:0.5-2 and injected. USE - The method is useful in waterproofing structure for repairing cracks of rooftop, underground parking lot, toilet, brick-masonry wall, and floor. ADVANTAGE - The method can efficiently repair portion with rather large crack, which is difficult to waterproof only with liquid injection material, so that it is excellent in waterproofing efficiency; and has excellent construction convenience and durability.
