▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene conductive fabrics comprises e.g. graphene film, adhesive layer, surface layer material and water-proof layer applied on surface of surface layer material. The graphene conductive fabrics are prepared by (i) mixing waterproof agent with water to prepare 30 pts. wt./l water-proof agent aqueous solution, (ii) soaking surface layer material in water-proof aqueous solution, performing two-dipping and two-rolling, where the rolling rate is 70-90%, (iii) drying at 90 degrees C and calcining at 150 degrees C to obtain water-proof layer on the surface of surface layer material, (iv) coating adhesive glue on the lower surface of surface layer material, (v) coating graphene film onto the surface of the surface layer material coated with adhesive glue, and (vi) drying at 100 degrees C and calcining at 160 degrees C to obtain final product. USE - Used as graphene conductive fabrics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene conductive fabrics comprises graphene film, adhesive layer, surface layer material and water-proof layer applied on surface of surface layer material. The graphene conductive fabrics are prepared by (i) mixing waterproof agent with water to prepare 30 pts. wt./l water-proof agent aqueous solution, (ii) soaking surface layer material in water-proof aqueous solution, performing two-dipping and two-rolling, where the rolling rate is 70-90%, (iii) drying at 90 degrees C and calcining at 150 degrees C to obtain water-proof layer on the surface of surface layer material, (iv) coating adhesive glue on the lower surface of surface layer material, (v) coating graphene film onto the surface of the surface layer material coated with adhesive glue, and (vi) drying at 100 degrees C and calcining at 160 degrees C to obtain final product. The water-proof agent is prepared by (1) adding 50 pts. wt. nano silica sol into a stirring container, adding 400 ml homogeneous mixture of anhydrous ethanol and ultrapure water in a volume ratio of 1:1, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5 hour, slowly dropwise adding 0.9 pt. wt. gamma -methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (silane coupling agent KH570) and 1.2 pts. wt. 2-benzoyl-5-methoxyphenyl (3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl)carbamate of formula (I) at 60 degrees C under stirring condition, stirring at constant temperature for 24 hours, adding resulting product into a centrifugal tube, centrifuging at high speed and suction filtering to obtain modified nano silica sol, (2) adding 40 pts. wt. deionized water, 1.8 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in a mass ratio of 2:1 into a stirrer, adding 12 pts. wt. silicone polymer monomer i.e. 1-(4-methyl-3-oxo-pent-4-enyl)-3-trimethylsilanyloxymethyl-urea of formula (II) and 8 pts. wt. organic fluorine monomer at a uniform speed within 30 minutes after uniformly dissolving and stirring using a magnetic stirrer at a speed of 1500 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes to obtain pre-emulsified liquid, and (3) adding 120 pts. wt. water, 30 pts. wt. modified silica sol, 3.2 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in a mass ratio of 2:1 into a reactor equipped with a stirrer, a reflux condenser and a thermometer, stirring uniformly, heating to 75 degrees C, dropwise adding pre-emulsified liquid and solution of 0.3 pt. wt. initiator and 10 pts. wt. water within 2 hours, maintaining for 30 minutes after dropping, heating to 85 degrees C, maintaining for 2 hours, cooling to less than or equal to 40 degrees C and adjusting pH of emulsion to 7 using aqueous ammonia to obtain water-proof agent.
