▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing in-situ wear-resistant modified polyamide-imide molding compound, comprises (1) mixing graphene oxide and diamine monomer in an organic solvent and protecting by nitrogen to obtain dispersion liquid, and then adding trimellitic anhydride acid chloride in batches, carrying out in-situ polymerization reaction to obtain pre-dispersed resin, (2) adding catalyst to the pre-dispersed resin obtained in the step (1), carrying out chemical imidization treatment to obtain polyamide-imide solution with a high degree of cyclization, and (3) first separating polyamide-imide resin solution of step (2) to prepare resin powder, and then subjecting the resin powder to thermal imidization to obtain final product. USE - The in-situ wear-resistant modified polyamide-imide molding compound is useful in aerospace, military equipment, chemical equipment, and electronic appliances. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene oxide, which can graft polyamide-imide molecular chains in situ; and graphene oxide and polyamide-imide are chemically bonded to improve the force between the polyamide-imide interface and reducing the polyamide-imide wear amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for in-situ wear-resistant modified polyamide-imide molding compound prepared by above method.
