▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing single-layer-multilayer graphene transmission electron microscopy (TEM) supporting film material, involves (a) heating the substrate while introducing oxygen to remove impurities under a protective gas atmosphere, introducing hydrogen gas, followed by performing high-temperature annealing and cooling annealing, then introducing carbon source gas, growing the film for 100-400 minutes, quickly cooling down and sampling to obtain single-layer-multilayer graphene/substrate/single-layer-multilayer graphene, (b) using a mixed solution of ferric chloride and hydrochloric acid to remove the graphene on one side of the single-layer-multilayer graphene/substrate/single-layer-multilayer graphene obtained from (a), maintaining the other side, then placing it in a mixed solution of sodium persulfate and isopropanol for 12-48 hours to oxidize the substrate, placing it in a sodium persulfate solution to etch the substrate, rinsing and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing single-layer-multilayer graphene TEM supporting film material, which is used in the preparation of a TEM sample carrying device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares single-layer-multilayer graphene TEM supporting film with excellent mechanical properties, thus it is convenient for self-suspension transfer.
